The bond required is equal to 4 weeks rent. This bond is payable to RTA and will be used as a security money for any damages caused during the tenancy of the property. The bond will be fully refunded at the end of the lease if the property vacated in the similar condition
All of our rooming accommodation include utilities such as water, electricity and internet. Most of our rooming accommodation include cleaning of common areas. Our housing accommodation does not include utilities.
The minimum stay period is 6 months. However, during off-peak period we may consider less than 6 months stay
All of our properties are located near to the universities with easy access of public transport
All of our rooming accommodations are fully furnished. You can move in right away. Our housing accommodation can be unfurnished, partially furnished or fully furnished
