For routine maintenance requests, please use PropertyMe Platform to log in and raise a work order. If you encounter difficulties logging in, complete and submit the form below, providing detailed information about the necessary repairs. Non-urgent maintenance requests are usually forwarded to tradesmen by the end of the following business day.
If the damage is determined to be caused by the tenant, whether accidentally or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for covering the repair costs. These costs will be invoiced to the tenant within 30 days.
