Prior to Bookmyplace, Ve managed a business focusing on off the plan residential sales to the overseas market collaborating with migration agents to attract overseas investors to invest in Australia, providing finance broking services, as well as planning and executing marketing activities. Specialising in marketing and customer relations, Ve brings a very strategic and customer centric approach to her work with developers, builders, owners and tenants. Ve holds a full REIV and REIQ license and a Certificate IV in finance and mortgage broking. Multi-lingual, she speaks English, Mandarin, Malay and Hokkien and enjoys walking her two corgis, exploring new eateries and yoga outside of work.

Jade has worked in the manufacturing industry in charge of procurement and supply chain management with well-known multinational companies for 20 years. As Officer in Effective Control, she leads BookMyPlace’s property management team with a strong focus on customer service. A licensed real estate agent with over 10 years’ experience in residential real estate and specializing in student accommodation, Jade has a thorough understanding of leasing, sales and property management. Degree qualified, she holds a Bachelor of Sc Information systems and management from University of London and international business from University of Queensland. A deep understanding of system and property management complements Jade’s passion for the dynamic Brisbane property market making Jade perfectly placed to lead our operation division as she overseas the property management department. Jade provides a thorough, focused approach to her work, handling owners and tenants with empathy and sincerity with quick response times. Outside of work, you will see Jade discovering new cafes and enjoy cooking as a form of meditation.
Assistant Property Manager
Karen has extensive experience in finance, office compliance, HR responsibilities, sales estimating and service coordinator roles.
Her previous role served as a General Administrator in a construction company where she was mainly handling recruitment, rental ranagement and general administration work. Her role in Bookmyplace involves tenancy management. With her lovely demeanour and strong work ethic, Karen’s tenants are always at ease knowing she will always endeavour to achieve the best possible outcome as well as delivering a high level of service.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. Outside of work you will find Karen discovering new cafes and spending time with family.
Property Sales & Leasing Manager
Shaun is widely known for his professionalism, hardworking nature and unrelenting commitment to exceptional customer service. Remaining calm and focused, even under extreme pressure, he maintains a sensitive and proactive approach in each of his dealings.
Having moved from Malaysia to Brisbane nearly ten years ago, Shaun looks to build quality long-term relationships with everyone he works with. With a Bachelor of Accountancy and a couple of years in the accounting industry, what sets Shaun apart from his peers, though, is his approachable nature, optimism and integrity. These skills have enable him to tailor his approach to suit the unique needs of each client.
When he’s not attending to properties and clients, he’s heavily involved with the local sports community and constantly on the hunt for Brisbane’s best eats.
