With over a decade of experience in the property industry, Avery serves as an advisor to the overall operation and policies of the company. Prior to joining Bookmyplace, Avery successfully managed a business that focused on off-the-plan residential sales to the overseas market. In this role, she collaborated with migration agents to attract overseas investors to Australia, provided finance broking services, and executed comprehensive marketing activities. Avery specializes in business development, marketing, and customer relations, bringing a strategic and customer-centric approach to her interactions with developers, builders, owners, and tenants. Holding a full REIV and REIQ license along with a Certificate IV in finance and mortgage broking, she is well-equipped with the necessary qualifications. Being multilingual, Avery is proficient in English, Mandarin, Malay, and Hokkien. Outside of work, Avery enjoys spending time with her son, walking her corgi and miniature Dachshund, exploring new eateries, and practicing yoga.
JADE GOh - Officer in Effective Control (OIEC)
With 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Jade has held key roles in procurement and supply chain management within reputable multinational companies. Serving as the Officer in Effective Control, she leads BookMyPlace’s property management team with a robust emphasis on customer service. As a adept problem solver, Jade has successfully assisted numerous owners and tenants in overcoming challenging situations. Jade is a licensed real estate agent with over 10 years of experience in residential real estate, specializing in student accommodation. Her comprehensive understanding of leasing, sales, and property management is backed by a degree in Information Systems and Management from the University of London and International Business from the University of Queensland. Deeply versed in both systems and property management, Jade's passion for the dynamic Brisbane property market positions her perfectly to oversee the property management department. Kristina initially arrived in Brisbane from Russia in 2007 as an international student with a keen interest in real estate. Before joining Bookmyplace, she worked in various real estate roles. Kristina is consistently passionate and prepared to offer guidance to renters seeking their "home sweet home" in Brisbane. She derives great satisfaction from assisting them in integrating into the local community. Her fluency in Russian is an additional advantage. Quyen previously served as a Senior Account Manager at an International Advertising Agency and delved into residential property construction and investment in Vietnam. Over a decade ago, she was involved in the acquisition, renovation, and sale of properties in Victoria. Quyen has successfully established and manages more than 20 short-term rental properties in both Australia and Vietnam. Additionally, she initiated a property staging service to enhance sales. Her professional journey also includes a role as a Sales Consultant at the esteemed real estate agency Sweeney in Altona. Currently, she leads the VIC division at Thyme Property. Quyen takes pleasure in camping and exploring regional areas with her family, and traveling is a must for her.
